LUNCH WITH THE PRESS
On Friday, November 1st, we received all press from Americana and region at Viê Restaurante.
We had lunch with an executive menu, and the presentation of Viê Bleu, a new drink made especially for the blue November.

VIETNAM ROSE
Pink October is an international movement aimed at stimulating the fight against breast cancer. It is a way of raising awareness of the importance of early diagnosis.
With that in mind, the team created the pink drink that will be available every October, a drink made with tea and gin. Part of the income raised will be donated to a women's institution in the city of Americana.

Italian Charitable Lunch
On October 13th we held an Italian charity lunch, where part of the income was donated to the AAMA institution.
Eighty-six people gathered to do good, and enjoyed an island complete with starters consisting of cheeses, breads, hot and cold starters, and other typical Italian snacks.
To complete this menu, a zucca and cardamom raviolli and a deconstructed parmigiana with house fries were served as the main course.
And finally, lunch ended with a table of dreamy sweets. A tower of canoli, chocolate salami, tiramissu, gelato, and fruit with zabaione. And you couldn't miss the coffee with a variety of Italian cookies and Italian straw.
